Five meetings for more digital competence and creative team management skills:
Kick-Off Meeting in Siegburg
In Siegburg we networked with representatives from education, business, IT and society to explore the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation.
Edu-Creator Workshop - Second Meeting Bari/Italy
In Bari, we have now met for the second time in our Erasmus P.L.A.N. project to work on ideas for implementing digital transformation in schools. We created prototypes of digital products. We have introduced agile management and design thinking. Before we started, we focused on the needs of our users and wrote user stories.
Prototype Improvement Workshop - Third Meeting Linköping Sweden
Our next learning and working event took place in Linköping, Sweden, where we focused on testing our prototypes. During online meetings, the teams developed and refined their podcasts, digital escape rooms, explainer videos, and eBooks. They documented their experiences and progress in detailed descriptions of the prototypes. We traveled to Linköping with student-teacher teams to test the prototypes. The international mixed tester teams, consisting of students and teachers, provided valuable feedback, which helped us improve our tutorial checklists. We hope these checklists will make it easier for beginners to embark on their own journey of creating digital tools.
Future Classroom Workshop - Fourth Meeting Caen/France
The Erasmus+ project P.L.A.N. enabled teachers from Italy, Sweden, Spain, France and Germany to meet at our project partner Lycee St. Ursule in Caen. We worked together on ways to implement agile methods, design thinking and Srum in the classroom.
Teacher Training in Digital Innovation - Fifth Meeting Madrid/Spain
In our fifth and final meeting of the PLAN project in Madrid. We expanded our Scrum Treasure Box for classrooms and explored agile concepts for teacher training to simplify lifelong learning. Since our last meeting in Caen, we've focused on using the Scrum method in classrooms, creating teaching examples, a Scrum quartet, and a memory game. These materials are available on our homepage. We also discussed sharing our results through micro workshops, micro training units, platforms, and working groups. Strategies and plans for teacher training are on our homepage. We brainstormed future classroom ideas and follow-up projects. Our Spanish partner introduced us to their culture, and we visited a vocational school for chefs and waiters. This Erasmus+ project has been professionally and personally enriching.
